Was originally an auto, BW on the commission plate. No mention of when the MOD 'box was fitted! Looks nice though.

I passed my driving test in 1968 in a Wedgwood Blue Mk1 2000, but can't remember them with a black roof? A nice car, but not totally original.

Nice car. Its been resprayed but looks a lovely job in the pictures. Original paint wouldn't look that good especially in the engine bay and I've not seen the black panel on the boot before but looks nice. far too perfect and shiny for me though I prefer them a bit rat... which is fortunate as all my cars are a bit rat!

Good value as well. Would cost you more to buy a mediocre and then restore yourself, especially if you employed other trades to do it.

shame about the speedo change. Always puts doubt in peoples minds even with correct paper work.





1965 2000 MK1 Rally project, HRCR rally championship, Hexham, 12 car night rallies, trials, autotests etc, etc.

1958 DKW 3-6 Coupe. Two stroke German rally contender, screaming demon! Where modern Audi originated from.
