This was cobbled up by one of the newspapers some months ago. Doors are photoshopped from a BMW MINI, no doubt most of the rest was culled from elsewhere. Apart from the clumsy styling, the real giveaway is the Triumph Motorcycles logo on the numberplates.
It's not real... thankfully,
Cheers,
Bill.

That sounds like a fun game for an idle moment, work out where the rest came from.
The rear lights look like the (edit) current Nissan Primera, & the double bubble rear deck looks familiar.

I regret is not true.
I think it would be successful as you MINI.

Ah, yes, Ferny, but the thing above is no ordinary bunny...

GT6 Mk1 - New Caterham hubs, stub axles and uprights to fit. Shiny wishbones to fit. New engine mounts to fit. New solid rack mounts to fit. New swing spring upgrade & thick ARB to fit. Serious vibration at 65mph to 70mph still needs rectifying. One minor problem... no time to fit any of it!

Headlights look like VW lupo to me and that tailgate looks suspiciously mercedes! In the top view the windscreen frame looks liked its nicked off a mazda MX5 and I completely agree with whats been said before  - the rear lights look nissan primera and the grill has a definite crossfire look to it!

Its just a horrible ugly car with none of the finish and design that triumphs of old have. A triumph should have nice feminine lines, unless its a TR7 of course!

Start with a TR6 alter the orientation of the oil filter so it hangs down, fit Bosch injection and engine management system.  Don't include it in BL

I kinda like it.  Needs whitewall tires.  The grill looks as if it was morfed form a current Cadillac.  I also do not like LOW prifile tires!

I have just run the image through some forensic image analysis software.  It is very defintely an image that has been manipulated.  It is a composite of edited parts.

Probably some part of the image was taken with a Sony Cybershot

If I recall the last Triumph was a Honda, and it wasn't a looker by any means.
I quite like this one, the nose is reminiscent of a TR4/5.
Shame it wont be made

I remember years ago there was an advert for something or other in a car magazine. There was a MK1 Fiesta and the image was stretched a bit, not by design. I thought it looked pretty good and I thought it would make a good Capri replacement.

Also I have often thought what a model of a car would look like if it was put under some heat treatment so it melted a bit...nicely rounded off edges, very slippery; perhaps that's where the Sierra comes from?

Well if BL had stayed with Honda and the TRiumph name, this would have been your TR9
