I recently bought from Rimmers

ZZ 308353FK FAN BLADE FITTING KIT
https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-308353FK

And so far have been unable to fit it.
I have tried silicone spray but one half of the rubber bush pops off.
I tried super gluing the rubber bushes together once in the fan but after sliding in the steel sleeve one side bulges out then rips off the other bush.
Both times I have been using buts bolts and washers to pull the sleeve in.

So what is my next option.

Thanks
Adrian
